From raw biomass residue to burn-ready pellets.
Seven controlled stages, each checked before the batch moves forward. Nothing ships without passing every step.
Raw Material Intake & Sorting
Agricultural residue, sawdust and forestry offcuts arrive at the facility, where each load is weighed, inspected and sorted by material type before entering the production line.
Drying
Raw feedstock carries variable moisture depending on source and season. It's dried to a tightly controlled moisture band — critical for both pellet density and burn quality.

Hammer Milling
Dried material passes through a hammer mill that reduces it to a uniform, fine particle size — the consistency needed for even compression in the pellet die.

Conditioning
A controlled amount of steam and moisture is reintroduced to activate natural lignin in the biomass, helping particles bind without any artificial additives.

Pelletizing
Conditioned material is forced through a precision-drilled ring die under extreme pressure, compressing it into dense cylindrical pellets as it's sheared to length.

Cooling & Screening
Freshly formed pellets are hot and soft. They're cooled with ambient air to lock in hardness, then screened to remove fines and undersized pellets.

Packaging & Dispatch
Finished pellets are packed loose in bulk, in jumbo bags, or in sealed 15–25kg poly bags, then queued for scheduled truckload dispatch.

Quality is checked at every stage, not just at the end.
Intake Check
Feedstock source & contamination screening on arrival.
Moisture Testing
Post-dry moisture verified before milling begins.
Density Sampling
Random pellet samples checked for density & durability.
Pre-Dispatch Lab Test
Final batch tested for calorific value & ash content.
